How the Program Works

Landlords can offer to lease their properties at a discounted rate of at least 25% of FMR or donate the use of rental units to In the Spirit Ministry.
Our team screens tenants and provides continued case management and support.
Rent is paid reliably by our organization.
Eligible tenants include young adults participating in our Life Skills program, low-income working families, and citizens re-entering society.
